About the Role

As the Team Manager for the CWD Team, you will:

  • Lead a stable team of 10 Social Workers alongside a dedicated Short Breaks Team
  • Oversee a varied caseload including:
    • Child in Need (CIN)
    • Child Protection (CP)
    • Court Proceedings
  • Provide strong leadership, supervision, and case oversight
  • Ensure high-quality safeguarding practice and compliance with statutory responsibilities
  • Drive performance, support development, and maintain excellent outcomes for children and families

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, Social Work Degree)

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
