✅ About the Role
As the Team Manager for the CWD Team, you will:
- Lead a stable team of 10 Social Workers alongside a dedicated Short Breaks Team
- Oversee a varied caseload including:
- Child in Need (CIN)
- Child Protection (CP)
- Court Proceedings
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, and case oversight
- Ensure high-quality safeguarding practice and compliance with statutory responsibilities
- Drive performance, support development, and maintain excellent outcomes for children and families

✅ Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, Social Work Degree)
- Registered with Social Work England

- Previous Team Manager or Senior Practitioner experience preferred
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
