To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within integrated or multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with service users and other stakeholders.
