Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join the FAST Team at Lincolnshire County Council. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while working within a supportive and dynamic team.
Pay Rate :- Up to £35.00p/hr (Umb)
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Undertake assessments and interventions to support children and families.
- Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
- Prepare reports, care plans, and attend relevant meetings and court proceedings where required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities, legislation, and best practice standards.
✅ Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures, legislation, and best practice within Children's Services.
