An excellent opportunity has become available by my client an established Housing provider in the West Midlands.

My client is looking for an experienced Anti Social Behaviour Officer with experience of having worked for a Housing Association or a Local Authority dealing with ASB alongside other generic housing management responsibilities such as estate management and tenancy Sustainment.

This position is a Temporary contract for initially Two to Three months with Full Time hours.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM.

You will be paid mileage for any work-related travel.

The Pay Rate is £12.00 PAYE or £15.50 Umbrella.

As the ASB Officer, you will be managing your own cases from start to finish. This will include escalating all relevant cases to court level and ensuring each case is dealt with accordingly until it is signed off.

Part of your role may involve working out of the office liaising with various external organisations such as the local police force, social workers, support workers and other external agencies to ensure each case is handled and resolved effectively.

The ASB officer will have previous experience of working in generic housing roles, at the same time you would have dealt with high level ASB cases from start to finish and will have taken cases up to court stage.

The ideal candidate will need a Full UK Drivers License and access to a vehicle and the role is also subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
