Job description

My client is currently looking for Income Recovery Assistants to join their team on a temporary basis for approx 3 months at the rate of £14.98 Paye based in North London.

With your experience you will be responsible for supporting Team Leaders on service delivery and development and, where appropriate statutory and professional accountabilities.

Other responsibilities will include:
- To be responsible to the Team Leader for achieving agreed performance outcomes and standards, which will be reviewed on at least an annual basis.
- Be expected to be committed to the council Core Principles and Key Aims" and must demonstrate this commitment in the way they carry out their duties and responsibilities.
- Provide support to Income Recover Officers in delivering an effective income recovery service to all tenants in the Area.
Provide administrative support to the Income Recovery Team.
- Collect all income due in line with targets, by way of correspondence, telephone calls and interviewing.
- Agree repayment plans and keeping accurate records.
- Manage all parking and garage accounts

- Housing experience will be needed to be considered
