We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locality Sr. SW to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advocating for vulnerable individuals and families in the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and risks of service users
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote the well-being and safety of individuals and families
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders in managing complex cases
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure holistic and effective support for service users
  • Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings as required

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with the HCPC
  • Demonstrated experience in working within a locality setting and managing a diverse caseload
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situations
