Role: Progress Coach
Location: Greater Manchester
Type: Full time temporary
Rate: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour

Eden Brown are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Progress Coach/Tutor on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.

The successful candidate will support and coach students on a full time basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study programmes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey, fully stretched and achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience of working effectively with young people in an educational setting * Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working
* Experience in working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups
* Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities.

A current DBS is also required. If you do not have a current DBS Eden Brown can apply on your behalf.
