Rochdale Council is seeking experienced and dedicated Social Workers to join our Post Order and Permanence Team - a specialist team supporting families post-court intervention. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate and proactive team making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Our team works with families where children are placed under Placement with Parents, Supervision Orders, or Special Guardianship Orders. You will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, ensuring children and families receive tailored and effective support following the court process.

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic, and conscientious Social Workers who:
* Have solid experience in children's social care and managing complex cases
* Understand the post-court needs of families and children
* Are committed to working restoratively and in line with our Relational Practice Model
* Can work collaboratively in a developing, supportive team environment


Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
