Eden Brown Synergy are looking for an Adults community Occupational Therapist to join the team in Devon.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with experience of working in social services community team. With expertise in Manual Handling, Adaptations, Functional Assessment and Strength Based Assessments.

You must be able to work autonomously to complete Care Act assessment in line with statutory guidelines.

The role will be working remotely (home working) but you will be expected to go out into the community to complete home visits as required. The Team will support with appropriate risk assessments and PPE.
