Role: Advice and Guidance Co-ordinator/Advisor (IAG)
Location: Merseyside
Type: Temporary
Rate: £15 - £20 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Eden Brown are currently looking for an enthusiastic Advice and Guidance Co-ordinator on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Merseyside.
This is a temporary full time role to start immediately.
The main aspect of the role will be to work with the Assistant Directors (Teaching & Learning), the Study Programme Lead and Study Programme Coordinators to support students who are at risk of dropping out of learning or not completing their identified course. To liaise with internal staff and external agencies to put relevant support programmes in place to help increase student retention and progression rates on all programmes.
To apply for the role you will have:
* A minimum level 4 IAG qualification
* Experience of delivering IAG on learning and work opportunities
* Experience of co-ordinating and delivering tutorials covering learning and work opportunities
A current DBS is also needed for this role, if you do not have a current DBS check Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
