Salary: £35,043 to £38,937
Location: Kings Cross
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time. Monday to Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week

I am working with Notting Hill Genesis who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

As part of their exciting HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering a proactive HR service to a group of managers to drive outstanding business performance. Driving result based on business goals and strategies by defining and executing specific people - focused initiatives, including talent-related initiatives and employee development programs. You will also provide advice on a range of areas such as absence, misconduct, capability, grievances, well-being, performance management and other employee relations cases.
You will work in partnership with business leaders to diagnose people requirements and support with building solutions and programmes of work to meet their local and organisational priorities.
They are seeking an individual who is pragmatic and comfortable in holding clients to account whilst building lasting professional relationships and progressing the people agenda. You will naturally build relationships with a genuine desire to understand the business. They are looking for someone who can communicate and report in an engaging and compelling way - leaving clear messages while having an open and collaborative style.
With a professional qualification within the field of HR or equivalent experience, you will have sound HR knowledge and experience and be a true HR generalist.

The appointed candidate will join on the starting salary which will increase to £38,937 after successful completion of probation.
