We have opportunities for locum Occupational Therapy staff to work with Social Care teams covering the Bradford region in West Yorkshire.
We are looking for HCPC registered Occupational Therapists to work in the following positions:
An Occupational Therapist is required to carry out telephone assessments of services users who are referred to adult social care and to signpost service users with a self help approach. The Occupational therapist will complete requests for equipment, minor adaptations and major adaptations where appropriate while working closely with OT and Social Work colleagues. Full time hours required.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join and actively contribute to a new team based within Adult Social Care, working with Young People and Adults with Learning Disabilities. The Occupational Therapist will complete Functional Assessments and screening new cases while contributing to the development of the team.
We have some short terms opportunities for Occupational Therapists to carry out functional assessments remotely where possible and to do focused home visits (PPE Provided) where necessary. The Occupational Therapist will order equipment/ trial and demonstrate as necessary and or minor and sometimes small major adaptations.
