Clinical Pharmacist - Band 7
Location: Remote / iCaSH Sites (Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich, Milton Keynes & more)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6-9 Months
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (flexible working available)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, audit, and support training for PGDs in specialist services
2. Contribute to medicines-related SOPs, guidelines, and governance policies
3. Deliver clinical audit, safe supply/storage of medicines, and reduce wastage
4. Optimise therapeutic programmes using clinical reasoning and expert judgment
5. Provide professional advice to staff, patients, and carers within the service
6. Support medicines management improvement initiatives across sites

Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Pharmacy + registration with the GPhC
2. Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience
3. Demonstrated clinical pharmacy expertise across core areas
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Experience with PGD/SOP development and pharmaceutical auditing
