We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join our dynamic team in Leicestershire. This hybrid position offers a competitive rate of £40 per hour, allowing you to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As an AMHP, you will play a crucial role in assessing and supporting individuals under the Mental Health Act, ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Providing expert guidance and support to individuals, families, and carers. Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care. Participating in training and development activities to enhance professional skills.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration. Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) status. Strong understanding of mental health legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
