Eden Brown Synergy is working in partnership with Southwark Council to source an experi-enced EHCP Coordinator to join their dedicated SEND team. This vital role involves sup-porting children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring statutory compliance and a person-centred approach throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of children and young people from assessment through to EHCP finalisation.
* Be the main point of contact for families, professionals, and educational settings.
* Lead multi-agency meetings, ensuring collaborative and inclusive planning.
* Produce and amend EHCPs to high standards, within statutory timelines.
* Act as a named officer for a group of schools, supporting placement decisions and phase transfers.
* Maintain effective communication with parents/carers and partner agencies to promote inclusion and positive outcomes.
* Use key working principles to provide guidance, updates, and support throughout the EHCP process.

Requirements:
* Strong working knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015.
* Previous experience in a similar SEND/EHCP coordination role.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident in analysing professional reports to develop meaningful EHCPs.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines under pressure.
* Experience working within a multi-agency environment.
* Enhanced DBS required.
