Your Role:
As a Senior Social Worker in our dynamic Adult Locality Team, you will be instrumental in supporting adults to live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. You will:

Apply Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) principles

Use the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Act 2014 effectively

Promote Human Rights in everyday practice

Carry out risk assessments and construct value-for-money care packages

Collaborate with families, carers, and community resources including reablement and telehealth

You'll work with individuals to co-produce care plans, develop creative solutions, and enable informed decisions to achieve sustainable, positive outcomes.

What You'll Need:
Qualified and registered with Social Work England (or awaiting registration)

Strong grasp of adult social care legislation, safeguarding, and strengths-based models

High-quality assessment, communication, and multi-agency working skills

A commitment to equal opportunities and anti-oppressive practice

Experience in commissioning and arranging appropriate services
