Job Title: Digital Skills Lecturer

Eden Brown are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Part-Time Digital Skills Lecturer on behalf of a leading college in Merseyside.
This is a full time temporary role from the 2nd to 27th June 37 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and practical lessons in Digital technologies
* Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments tailored to diverse learning needs.
* Support students academic growth, offering guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their best.
Essential Requirements:
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
* Teaching or training experience (preferably in a college or educational setting).
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Proven industry experience in digital IT or a relevant role is also beneficial.

Eden Brown are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Temporary Childcare/Teaching Assistant Lecturer to join our team to teach Level 2 students.

Role Overview:
As a Childcare/Teaching Assistant Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to Level 2 students. You will foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring that students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience they need to thrive in the childcare and education sector.
This is a part time role of 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday although the college could be flexible with days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons in childcare and teaching assistant topics, including but not limited to child development, safeguarding, and classroom support techniques.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, resources, and assessments tailored to the needs of Level 2 students.
* Provide one-on-one support to students, offering guidance and feedback on their academic progress.
* Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.
* Contribute to the overall development of the curriculum and ensure that it meets industry standards and college policies.
Ideal Candidate:
* A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or equivalent experience in teaching.
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the Level 2 Childcare and Teaching Assistant curriculum.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Experience working in the childcare or education sector, with a passion for developing others.
* Experience in classroom management and supporting student's academic growth.

The Role:
We are seeking dedicated Exam Officers and Exam Administrators to manage and support the college's internal and external examination processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of all exam procedures in line with awarding body requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and oversee the administration of GCSE, A-level, BTEC and/or vocational exams
* Ensure all JCQ and awarding body regulations are met
* Manage exam timetables, candidate entries, and seating plans
* Liaise with teaching staff, students, and invigilators
* Maintain secure and accurate records of examination materials
* Support the coordination of results days and post-results services
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in exam administration
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and student data systems
