We are currently seeking a dedicated Specialist Housing OT to join a dynamic team in Liverpool, working on a locum basis at £39.45 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct strength-based assessments for adults with disabilities, in line with Care Act 2014 and relevant legislation.
Develop strong, person-centred relationships with service users and their carers, including young carers.
Recommend, demonstrate, and arrange the provision of equipment and major adaptations to support independent living.
Collaborate closely with health professionals, community services, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated support and care delivery.
Manage a diverse caseload in line with ASC priorities and Council policies.
Take ownership of your professional development through training in line with Allied Health Professionals Council standards.
Requirements:
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience within Adult Social Care and/or Housing Adaptations is essential.
Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, equipment provision, and multi-agency working.

Liverpool City Council is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Adult Social Care Team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and interventions within a community setting
Deliver effective solutions involving equipment provision, minor and major adaptations, and housing solutions

Essential Requirements:

Excellent communication, assessment, and record-keeping skills
