Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take a step into a senior role? We're recruiting for a part-time Senior OT to join a well-established multidisciplinary team within a specialist mental health setting in the Coventry area.

You'll play a key role in delivering and developing high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation services across three male inpatient wards. These include high dependency and community-facing units, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, dual diagnoses, and ongoing recovery goals.

As a Senior OT, you will:

Lead the delivery of occupational therapy across the service

Manage your own caseload, offering evidence-based individual and group interventions

Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development

Work closely with a supportive MDT including nursing, psychology, and medical staff
