As a Children’s Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload of children in need, children subject to child protection plans, and undertaking timely assessments. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children. Providing support and guidance to families while promoting positive parenting practices.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within child protection and safeguarding frameworks. Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
