Nottingham City Council is looking for experienced Qualified Social Workers to join the Adult Social Care (ASC) Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of innovative projects driving positive change across adult social care services. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting diverse service user groups.
What We're Looking For:
Confidence in handling difficult conversations
Experience managing Direct Payment Misuse
A solid strengths-based approach to social work practice
Knowledge of Continuing Health Care (CHC)
Experience working in review teams and managing a fast-paced workload
Previous involvement in innovative or transformation teams
Experience with varied service user groups and complex case types
Flexibility to work across different teams as required
Willingness to be onsite 2-3 days per week
Experience using Liquid Logic is highly desirable
