We would like you to assist us for recruiting Agency FCA - Pathfinder for our team in Portsmouth which is technically based from Portsmouth and the role(s) are Full Time, Long term contracts at good rates of pay up to £37.75 ph dependent on experience. Flexible working from home.
The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) is a non-departmental public body for England set up to safeguard and promote the welfare of children involved in family court proceedings. It was formed on 1 April 2001 under the provisions of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 and is accountable to Parliament through the Ministry of Justice. Cafcass is independent of the courts, social services, education and health authorities and all similar agencies.
Cafcass looks after the interests of children involved in family proceedings. It works with children and their families, and then advises the courts on what it considers to be in the children's best interests. Cafcass only works in family courts.
You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK

This role is within the Fostering Support Team the core business being support and development of approved mainstream and kinship Foster Carers.

We are currently looking for an experienced Locum Social Worker to join the Hospital Discharge/Rehabilitation Team in Portsmouth.
About the Role:
This position is based in a short-stay rehab unit in Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for short-term, outcome-focused interventions.
The role involves supporting timely and safe discharges from the unit.
The nature of the setting means you must have prior experience working in hospital or rehab environments.
Working Pattern:
4 days on-site at the unit in Portsmouth
1 day working from home
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration (Social Work England)
Previous experience in hospital discharge or rehab settings
Ability to work in a fast-paced, short-term environment
Strong communication and multidisciplinary working skills
