As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload of children in need, ensuring timely interventions and support. Working closely with partner agencies to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
