In this role, you will provide essential support and guidance to expectant parents, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and assistance to foster a healthy environment for their newborns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of families and potential risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans for expectant parents. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, midwives, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive care. Providing emotional support and practical advice to families during pregnancy. Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and pre-birth assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
