Team: Independent Living Service
Hours: 37 hours per week (days and times to be discussed at interview)
Location: Wolverhampton
Role Type: Field-based

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Independent Living Service in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out assessments for individuals with complex health and social care needs

Recommend and coordinate aids and adaptations to support independent living

Work closely with other professionals to deliver person-centred outcomes

Provide specialist advice and support to promote safety, independence, and wellbeing

Requirements:

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Previous experience in a field-based OT role

Strong background in assessing for aids and adaptations

Comfortable working with individuals who have complex needs
