This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team, supporting adults with severe mental health conditions to live fulfilling and independent lives. In this role, you'll take a holistic, strengths-based approach, working closely with individuals, families, and wider support networks. Your practice will be grounded in the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Human Rights Act 1998, with a strong focus on empowerment, social justice, and recovery.
