Our client, a leading children's residential service, is looking for a Registered Team Manager to join their 3-bed home, currently supporting 1 young person. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team of 5 staff, supporting the existing Deputy Assistant Manager, and contribute to delivering outstanding care.

The Role:

Take on Registered Manager responsibilities and complete Ofsted registration.Lead, manage, and develop the residential team, ensuring high-quality care.Manage budgets, implement quality audits, and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.Support care planning and work collaboratively with Local Authorities.Participate in out-of-hours management as required.

The service is part of a large private healthcare provider operating nationally with specialist services across mental health, neurological rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and secure care settings.
