Eden Brown Charities is delighted to be partnering with an incredible national health Charity to recruit them a Community Fundraiser to join a wonderful team in the West Midlands to cover Staffordshire, Shropshire and the Black Country. The Charity provide "Expert end of life care, whatever the illness" - not only do they provide outstanding care but they are also raise public awareness of improving end of life care within the UK. The roleAs Community Fundraiser you will build and develop fundraising relationships in the community, by providing excellent stewardship and support to Fundraising Groups and volunteers, in order to increase income and deliver the agreed Community Fundraising strategy.You will work across the region to both identify, research and form new fundraising groups in the community by organising community days and meeting potential volunteers face to face. You will also create and deliver an annual volunteer recruitment plan to grow numbers of volunteers in dedicated roles. About You As a Community Fundraiser you will be an incredible relationship builder with good communication skills. Although it is desirable you will have had some experience in the Charity sector, we are also open to people with transferable skills who would love to start a career in fundraising. Working towards targets is also desirable. This role is remote with travel across Staffordshire, Shropshire and the Black Country. Please note that you must be a car driver with access to a car. The Charity mission is _To provide patients with outstanding pre-hospital care and lifesaving intervention through the operation of helicopter-led emergency medical services (HEMS) - we will continue to save more lives and improve survivors quality of life through the provision of a comprehensive, transparent, clinical and operational helicopter led emergency service aligned to changing patient need and demand._ The role The Legacy and In Memory Manager is responsible for developing and delivering plans to maximise gifts in wills and in memory giving, ensuring a sustainable income stream for the charity whilst providing exceptional levels of supporter care. This role will oversee the administration of legacies, drive the growth of the charity's Free Wills programme, steward legacy pledgers, and expand in memory fundraising. The Legacy and In Memory Manager will also ensure supporter journeys, audience insight and effective targeting are at the heart of the charity's programme, working with the Individual Giving and Development Lead to create impactful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. You will play an important part in raising awareness of the importance of wills to a wider audience. About YouAs a Legacy and In Memory Manager we would love you to have experience of the following -Proven experience in legacy and/or in memory fundraising within the charity sector. - Good understanding of charity legacy administration, probate law, and regulatory requirements. -Experience in developing and delivering fundraising plans with measurable outcomes. -Experience in line management, with the ability to support and develop a team effectively. This role is Hybrid with some homeworking available and time spent in the Head Office near Telford. There will be some travel across the regions and to the Head Office for meetings. About the Role The Senior Corporate Development Lead will focus on: *Executing the fundraising strategy developed by the Head of Corporates and Trusts in relation to corporate partners, during the maternity period. *Oversight and leadership of the income and expenditure budgets for the Corporate Business Unit. *Identifying major prospects and the pursuit of these, with a view to raise considerable financial support, working to agreed targets. *Working closely with senior colleagues and high-level volunteers to implement the strategy As Head of Trusts and Corporates you will; - Gain an in-depth understanding of current corporate partnerships and patronages at ENB and identify areas for growth, leading on the income and expenditure budgets for the Corporate Business Unit.
