Role: Adults Social Worker
Rate: £34 an hour
Location: Keynsham Civic Centre (hybrid)
Type: Full time, locum

We are recruiting on behalf of Bath and North East Somerset council who are looking for a Locum Social Worker within their Learning Disability and Autism Service.

The main function of the role will be completing Care Act Assessments and Reviews, carrying out Mental Capacity assessments and proceed with support planning through the Brokerage service.

This is targeted work on the longest waits from our waiting list whether that be for an annual review, unscheduled review or first Care Act Assessment.

We require:
Previous experience of working within Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Previous experience of using Liquid Logic preferred.
A qualified Social worker with pre qualifying experience.
This will be working within Bath and North East Somerset. Due to the client group, the majority of visits/assessments will be face to face so access to a car is essential and ability to work in county for 50% of time will be required.
