The London Borough of Haringey is seeking a dedicated and skilled Qualified Social Worker to join our Assessment/Safeguarding Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of adults within our community. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of vulnerable adults, developing effective care plans, and safeguarding individuals from harm. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of support and safeguarding. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure integrated service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements. Participating in safeguarding investigations and providing expert advice on risk management.The ideal candidate will possess a recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England.
