The ideal candidate will possess a recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include:

Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a focus on safeguarding vulnerable adults. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders. Proficiency in case management systems and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
