We are currently seeking a dedicated Adult's Social Worker to join our Care Team in Rochdale. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable adults in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs of adults requiring social care support Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support Conducting safeguarding investigations and taking appropriate actions Advocating for clients to access relevant services and support

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in adult social work, preferably within a similar setting Strong assessment and case management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
