We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to provide high-quality social work services to adults experiencing mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks to develop tailored care plans. Providing ongoing support and interventions to clients, ensuring they receive appropriate services and resources. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care. Advocating for clients' rights and promoting their independence within the community. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker status with a valid Social Work England registration. A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
