A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014 and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
