As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of individuals’ needs and risks, ensuring that appropriate support plans are developed and implemented. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive services to clients. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local policies and statutory requirements. Providing guidance and support to clients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services provided.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social work, particularly in community settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
