We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Adult's Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team in Liverpool. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults with mental health needs, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals with mental health issues. Offering support and guidance to service users and their families to facilitate recovery and empowerment. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care and support. Advocating for the rights and best interests of service users in various settings. Participating in case conferences, reviews, and safeguarding procedures as required.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration. Demonstrated experience in working with adults with mental health issues in a social work capacity. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to mental health services.
