We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Camden. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults in the community through assessment, support, and intervention.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults at risk of harm or abuse Developing and implementing care plans to safeguard adults and promote their independence Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required Providing advocacy and support to service users to empower them in decision-making processes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working in adult safeguarding within a local authority setting Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex caseloads
