We are currently seeking a dedicated Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Trafford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and investigations to identify safeguarding concerns and risks to adults at risk. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams. Providing advocacy and support to empower adults at risk to make informed decisions about their lives. Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as necessary. Working closely with external agencies and partners to coordinate holistic support for service users.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration. Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding within a social care setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify risks and develop appropriate interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
