Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and carry a caseload of child protection and safeguarding casesUndertake assessments, plan interventions, and provide direct support to children and familiesWork collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated care and safeguardingMaintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant case recordsContribute to case reviews, audits, and team meetings to enhance service qualityMentor and support junior social workers and students within the teamKeep up to date with legislation, policies, and best practices in children's social careEssential Requirements:
