As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans to meet the diverse needs of service users. Providing direct support to individuals and families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, to coordinate effective service delivery. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and policies. Proven experience in a community or health and social care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
