Working Pattern: Hybrid

Bolton Council is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join its Integrated Front Door Team on a locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team responsible for managing referrals, assessing risk, and ensuring children and families receive the right intervention at the earliest opportunity. You'll work closely with partner agencies to make timely threshold decisions and help deliver positive outcomes for children.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration

Previous experience within an Integrated Front Door, MASH, Assessment, or Duty team

Strong assessment, safeguarding, and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment
