We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Bradford - AP - Locality Team. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and community partners to promote the welfare and safety of vulnerable individuals. Your expertise will be essential in assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions that enhance the quality of life for those you serve.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify strengths and needs. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and supervision to foster professional development and ensure best practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England or equivalent regulatory body. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
