We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding team in Bury. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families Providing direct support and intervention to families to address safeguarding concerns Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding work Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
