Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of service users Developing and implementing care plans to address safeguarding concerns Providing emotional support and practical guidance to individuals in crisis Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic support Maintaining accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience Demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situations Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to promoting social justice
