We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our Adoption Team in Liverpool. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to children and families involved in the adoption process.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the best interests of the child Developing and implementing care plans to support children throughout the adoption process Working collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, healthcare providers, and legal professionals Providing ongoing support and guidance to adoptive families to ensure successful placements Advocating for the rights and welfare of children in need of adoption

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services Registration with Social Work England Demonstrated knowledge of adoption legislation and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
