We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to assess the needs of children and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with statutory guidelines. Developing and implementing tailored support plans to address identified needs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences. Providing expert advice and guidance to families and colleagues.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a children’s social work setting, particularly in assessments. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
