Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work - Children and Families (C&F) Team in Oxfordshire. As a member of our C&F Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the welfare and safety of children. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to provide support and intervention. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance practice and share best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Proven experience in child and family social work, with a commitment to promoting positive change.
