We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Children & Families Team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families Providing support and intervention to safeguard children at risk of harm Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case recordsEssential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn addition to the essential qualifications and skills, the ideal candidate will have a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable children and families.
