We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our Community Team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need of support Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children Providing direct support and intervention to children and families to safeguard their well-being Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make informed decisions Advocating for the rights and best interests of children and families within the legal framework

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England or eligible for registration Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
