Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Wrexham is seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Court Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of children involved in legal proceedings, providing essential support and advocacy to families in need.

As a Children's Social Worker within the Court Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks. Preparing and presenting reports for court, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Working closely with legal professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop effective care plans. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the court process. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure compliance with court orders and safeguarding standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in court settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent analytical and report-writing abilities.
