We are seeking a qualified social worker who is committed to promoting the well-being and safeguarding of vulnerable children, ensuring they receive the support and services they need to thrive.
As a member of our CWD Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Providing direct support and interventions to children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure effective service delivery and outcomes. Building strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive support.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound, evidence-based decisions.
